CIVIL REVISION PETITION - ARTICLE 227

The application filed to set aside the exparte decree was allowed on condition that the revision petitioner should deposit Rs.25,000/-. Since the condition was felt to be onerous the Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 has been drafted to be filed in Madurai High Court.
